Lucas Tovar

Lucas Tovar is a NYC-based performer currently pursuing his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance: Music Theatre at NYU Steinhardt. A driven and grounded artist, Lucas brings a vibrant pop/rock sound, a strong high belt, and a wide-ranging repertoire. He’s endlessly curious, professional, and thrives in collaborative spaces. Some of his favorite credits include Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors, Ross in Powerless: A New Musical (NYU), and Steve in RENT (NYU Steinhardt).

In his free time, you can find Lucas exploring the city, discovering new music, thrifting, grabbing coffee with friends, and keeping a little Texas spirit in his NYC adventures!
